Speech can be done many ways, gestures as well as what we wear or use can be a part of it.
Other forms of speech include images, music, videoclips, films, etc. - these all tell messages to 'reader'.
This blog explains my speech, a combination of words, gestures and material items used together to form a message.

Words & Gestures change mind states of 'reader' - therefore reality as well, at least a little.
